Lab Technician
Seeking an experienced laboratory technician to assist at our production lab. This role will consist of operating a falling film evaporator, production chromatography, wiped film distillation and various lab duties.

Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates should have an interest in chemistry and improving themselves professionally.
- Ideal candidates should be able to work weekends and extended hours occasionally to meet production orders
- Ideal candidates should have at least 2+ years work experience in a relatable industry
Job Responsibilities
- Operation of chromatography equipment and as needed adjustments to maintain separation of compounds with different feedstocks.
- Maintain daily ops logs for equipment and conduct evaluations of processing equipment for chemical inventories and production management.
- Complete reports from laboratory journals including pertinent data and observations from various processes
- Assemble and disassemble reactors/equipment according to desired reaction conditions and monitor conditions as directed by management.
- Prepare reagents and prep ingredients for reactions and dispose of chemical waste accordingly.
- Operate synthesis reactions and monitor reaction levels.
- Assist laboratory manager with research and development of new production and analytical methods
