Other Responsibilities may include:

  • Monitor Production Processes: Operate and monitor equipment and systems to ensure processes are running effectively and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions to production.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of production data, including equipment performance, process deviations, and materials usage.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff to address issues and improve processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist API Manager in all production needs.
  • Maintain Daily cleaning/sanitation tasks and checklist.
  • Assist packaging team with material sign out/sign in.
  • Maintain clean and workable spaces, and equipment throughout daily production.
  • Prepare API for all edibles by batch accurately and precisely.
  • Prepare Research and development materials based on recipes.Take efficient notes as experiments are happening.
  • Operate large equipment used to mix large amounts of distillate.
  • Produce/ dispense topicals such as lotions and muscle freeze.

Sales Representative

A Sales Representative is largely a client-facing role and requires both strategic long-term thinking and short-term execution and support. We are looking for an outstanding Cannabis Sales Representative who is a strategic sales professional with a solid track record of growth. A highly motivated individual with problem-solving acumen, the ability to multitask and prioritize to hit sales targets and achieve goals is a must. This person will be primarily working toward our goal of maximizing sales in their assigned area and building client relationships with each account.

As a member of our rapidly growing sales team, you will be responsible for generating brand awareness by expanding our products in our traditional markets (Smoke Shops, Tobacco Store, Hemp/CBD Stores, Convenience locations, Dispensaries, Grocery Stores) with an emphasis on finding B2B (wholesalers and master distributors) servicing these locations. You will also get to explore expanding our presence in alternative markets such as barbershops, yoga studios, bars, restaurants, music venues, etc. The ideal candidate must be a natural communicator, a people person, and comfortable closing sales and negotiating.

As a technology-focused company, the Account Manager must have the same mindset and will learn and use our HubSpot based software to organize and improve the data we collect in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to occasionally travel to meet customers / clients within territory and attend sales events or exhibits.

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
  • Setting up in store promotion activations and bud tender educations

Basic Qualifications

  • Cannabis industry knowledge and experience preferred
  • Experience working in a Sales environment.
  • Expert knowledge of cannabis products and consumer behavior.
  • Familiarity with CRM programs such as HubSpot
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Must be compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry
  • Must pass a Background Check as required by the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
